Jan Di ends up with Gu Jun Pyo and Ga Eul doesn't "officially" end up with Yi Jung, but it's kind of inferred at the end, because he tells her that he's going to visit her first when he comes back from Sweden. Oh, and in the afterpart he gets this big bouquet of purple flowers and he's all like, Ga Eul, will you be my flower forever? awww :3
