Need help opening MS Home Publishing (from ME) on current Vista computer.?

My old computer ran on Millenium Edition and had the Home Publishing suite, which I used to create all of my business flyers, brochures, etc. My new computer has Vista Home Premium and cannot read the Home Publishing discs. So really, two questions. One, does anyone know of a way I can get the Home Premium to read those old Home Publishing discs, so I can continue to create and edit my brochures on my new computer? Two, does anyone know of a program I can download onto the Vista computer that will allow it to open and read those PHP and DOC files that were made on the old computer. The brochures are currently in "My Doents" but I can't open them with Vista. Thanks!
