Why do famous musicians always use High-End, and Pricey Software?....?

sometimes, the mainstream artists will use high end stuff, beacuse they have the money to, or some people are trained to use it, and dont know other programs as well, or sometimes, there are deadlines, and the fancy crap does things faster.
