My P2P programs don't work anymore?

maybe been blocked, go to tools in interent explorerer, then go to internet options, go to security, and go to blocked sites, delete the site blocked or choose interent other than restricted site, that maybe the problem, or your computer doent want to dwnload nything bcuz of no fireqwall or security it mite get viruses
