How do i get .hlp files in my windows 7 computer?

i have an application which does not load fully without such files. i load these app well with myold winXP. even after i upgrade my compuiter, i still need my app which asks for files not in win7 , the *.hlp files. pls help. i dont want to downgrade my new computer.
