Any ideas for meals that I can cook and freeze and then thaw and cook/warm up throughout the week for supper?

I make a lasagna once in a while and because it is just my husband and I right now we obviously don't eat the whole thing at once. I freeze whatever we don't eat within the next day or two and we'll eat it later in the month (try making it with low-fat cheeses). I'm trying to think of things myself to freeze as we're expecting baby #1 next month and I don't want to worry about cooking right after coming home from the hospital. I just read you can make and freeze meatloaf which I never thought about. What about making homemade soups and freezing them? How about meat so you can just throw on some pasta during the week?
