Did you ever made a "fool of yourself" with girls beacause you were desperate?

when my girlfriend break up with me i was devastated... and i started to get a bit desperate... and after a while i met a girl in another cl but i scared her off with my despair, and few mounts later i met another in the same cl... and always that i meet a girl its like i fall in love right way... and then you told them that you like them but they dont like you... did this ever happen to you? and how do i do to recover my place ? because i have a felling that in my cl and in their cl i am known has the desperate guy... please any advice ??
