HELP!!!! I need band members!!!?

Hey. i'm looking for band members. i live in santa rosa CA and i'm trying to start a band. I love singing. and i want to be a star. i like stuff like MCR and Panic! at the disco. and FOB AND FLYLEAF. if you like that kind of and can play an instrument answer. i'm looking for guys not girls. and you have to be 16-19 PLEASE HELP!!
