I want to apply at subway.?

I have my lip pierced and tongue pierced. I also have what you call a 'Chelsea cut' basically a buzzed hair cut with bangs and side burns or w/e it's also pinkish? Would this be a problem..? or would i have to dye my hair? I also have stretched ears at 5/8s so would they make me take them out? answers are mucho appreciated thank you<3.
