Where can I find vegetarian walking/hiking shoes?

I need some shoes that are suitable for fell walking. I'm a vegan so they need to be non leather but also waterproof/gore-tex. I currently have some trail running shoes from synthetic materials which are perfect as they are really comfy with good grip on the soles but they are mainly mesh and so they let in both rain and water when the ground is wet and soft. Does anyone know where I can find something along these lines but waterproof? I have tried the vegetarian shoe sites but they mainly have very bulky looking hiking boots, I really want something lightweight and flexible.
