for the past few days i have been quite bloated, so ive been farting more than usual...(about 5times a day now) last time i ate food was last night when i ate a curry and rice and drank some coffee...right now i have quite sharp pains in my upper stomach, havnt done a poo in two days, bloated and ...have quite strnog pains on the upper stomach area....help? also...any tips for releasing the gas and farting more?
